Welcome to Westside Ultimate, we hope you will join us for our 2025 Winter Mixed Season this year. We will host a Varsity and a JV level team. Whether you are new to Ultimate or have played for years, we have a spot for you/your player! One of the bonuses of playing in our Mixed season, is that these teams go to Spring Reign in April, the most fun Ultimate Tourney ever.
The first practice will be on Tuesday, November 12th (location TBD) Newly interested players, that didn’t play in the Fall, may come to one practice to check it out, but must be registered with DiscNW to continue to practice after that. Be sure to bring a light shirt and a dark shirt, cleats, and a water bottle.
At this time, regular practices through November are in flux, but will be at Hiawatha after school in December and January. We are hoping that we can field share at Hiawatha during November, so stay tuned.
Players will pay two fees each season to play with Westside Ultimate. The Player Fee is the one that you pay to DiscNW when you register, and is on a sliding scale, and is not reported to the team admin. The Team Fee is one that we charge to cover the costs of the fields, coaches and team expenses. Our Team Fee is $200/season, and we have many levels to accommodate every budget. All players must select an option and complete payment at our Square Store (if opted) to be eligible to play in their first game. Donations to cover other players’ fees are gratefully accepted (unfortunately we can’t provide a tax receipt).
Mixed Varsity players from last year will be provided a password to register with, all other players will register with Mixed JV and, if moved up to Varsity, will be moved by admin.
All players of any gender identity are welcome. We will ask players to match themselves to either Bx (male match up) or Gx (female match up) for play purposes only*.
Even more information (how is that possible?!) will be sent directly to the registered players/families. That will include Team Fees and Uniform information.
